This beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo has a unique floor plan for the Ocean Walk Resort. There are two balconies both with ocean/ beach views. One of the balconies is located off the living room and the other is located off the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds. The condo is ideal for two families vacationing together or just one family. Each of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom features a king bed and Jacuzzi tub en-suite. The condo is located on the 21st floor of the North Tower and faces south. It is located one back from direct oceanfront but is positioned in such a way that there are oceanfront view.
The resort is adjacent to the colorful OCEAN WALK SHOPPES, a complex filled with restaurants, a 10-screen movie theater and stores like Maui Nix Surf Shop.
The Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. offers fresh seafood and Cajun specialties..
Adobe Gila's is home to the 64- ounce margarita, plus about a dozen more frozen concoctions. The Mai Tai bar serves up drinks in a true Hawaiian setting, with purple orchids as garnish, tiki torches and surfing viedos on TV. The complex also includes Johnny Rockets, Cold Stone Creamery, Planet Smoothie and Starbucks

Connected to the Ocean Walk Resort ( just steps from your door ) by an indoor hallway are the Ocean Walk Shoppes complete with a 10 screen high-tech movie theater, Bubba Gump's Restaurant, Adobe Gilas - casual foods and bar, Johnny Rockets, Starbucks, Mai Tai, severing exotic drinks with outdoor oceanfront seating, and various beach clothing shops on 3 open-air floors opening up to the Beach, Boardwalk and Band shell.

No Timeshare Rentals:

Damage Or Stains:
Guests are responsible for any damages or stains caused during their stay.
Our guests DO NOT have to attend any sales presentation or tour the resort!!
Campers - Trailer Parking Not Permitted:
Parking garage clearance is 7'6". Parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Additional parking available at municipal garage across the street for a charge of $10 a day for resort guests

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availbility.
Cleaning & Security Deposit:
A $75 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking would be $300, this deposit will be returned to you after cleaning and inspection of unit, as per no damage.
