The master bedroom in (unit 404A) has a king bed and large relaxing jacuzzi tub with window overlooking the ocean. The living room has sliding glass doors out to the balcony which looks out over the beach, ocean, and historic band shell. The living room also has a queen sleeper in it.
The guest bedroom in (unit 404B) has 2 double beds, queen sleeper sofa in the den, with it's own private bathroom, tub - shower. The kitchen has full size appliances pots - pans with all cooking utensils included. The den can be your third bedroom with the queen sleeper in it.
Since the resort is right on the sand, it's easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day, for snacks or breaks from the sun. Indoor and outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults ( including the pleasant - sounding "ladies pampering days" ) round this resort out.

Just south of the resort is the historic Coquina band shell, which often hosts free concerts. If you're gutsy , strap yourself into one of the scream-inducing thrill rides at the DAYTONA BEACH PIER.

The resort is adjacent to the colorful OCEAN WALK SHOPPES, a complex filled with restaurants, a 10-screen movie theater and stores like Maui Nix Surf Shop. Damage Or Stains:
Guests are responsible for any damages or stains caused during their stay.
Our guests DO NOT have to attend any sales presentation or tour the resort!!

Campers - Trailer Parking Not Permitted:
Parking garage clearance is 7'6". Parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Additional parking available at municipal garage across the street for a charge of $10 a day for resort guests

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availbility.

Cleaning & Security Deposit:
A $75 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking would be $300, this deposit will be returned to you after cleaning and inspection of unit, as per no damage.
