Our guests DO NOT have to attend any sales presentation or tour the resort!!

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availability.

Water Fun:
When it comes to water fun, Wyndham Ocean Walk resort won’t be outdone. Work on your swim stroke at one of two indoor and three outdoor pools.
The kids will love slipping down the giant waterslide while you enjoy a relaxing float down the 300-foot lazy river. There’s also an interactive aquatic playground for the wee ones. You can always get a bite to eat and a drink at the outdoor bar and grill.
