The Ocean Walk Resort is in the heart of Daytona Beach.
Our condo is located on the 22nd floor with an oversized balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful two bedroom/two bath condo sleeps 8, has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and jacuzzi tub in the master bath.

Damage Or Stains:
Guests are responsible for any damages or stains caused during their stay.
Our guests DO NOT have to attend any sales presentation or tour the resort!!

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availability.

Cleaning & Security Deposit:
A $95 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking would be $300, this deposit will be returned to you after cleaning and indpection of unit, as per no damage.

At I-95 Exit 261 ( old Exit 87 ), turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards US-92 / Deland / Daytona Beach
Take Ramp onto US-92 ( W International Speedway Blvd ) towards Daytona Beach / Airport ( you will travel East on US-92 for approximately 6 miles )
Turn LEFT ( North ) onto SR-A1A ( S Atlantic Ave )
Ocean Walk will be located approximately 1/ 2 mile on the right side of Atlantic Ave.
