This Two Bedroom lockoff unit consists of 2-One bedroom units: one oceanfront unit with 2 double beds, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, Oceanfront balcony. The connecting standard one bedroom offers 2 double beds, mini kitchen and bath with interior view. The units connect with a common door between the living areas.
Unit comes with a washer/dryer complete with detergent, 2 fully
stocked kitchens, linens with towels, tv's, pots/pans, dishes, full size
refrigerators, and dishwashers. You won't need anything except your swim suite & suntan lotion.

Damage Or Stains:
Guests are responsible for any damages or stains caused during their stay.
Our guests DO NOT have to attend any sales presentation or tour the resort!!

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availability.

Water Fun:
When it comes to water fun, Wyndham Ocean Walk resort won’t be outdone. Work on your swim stroke at one of two indoor and three outdoor pools. The kids will love slipping down the giant waterslide while you enjoy a relaxing float down the 300-foot lazy river. There’s also an interactive aquatic playground for the wee ones. You can always get a bite to eat and a drink at the outdoor bar and grill.
There’s plenty of indoor excitement for the whole family too. Go for a workout at the state-of-the-art exercise center. Afterwards, be sure to soothe your muscles with a trip to the Vacation Therapy ™ Spa. The game room is a blast for the kids and there’s even a 9-hole mini-golf course.
