Parking garage clearance is 7'6". Parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Additional parking available at municipal garage across the street for a charge of $10 a day for resort guests

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be foreited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availbility.
