Parking garage clearance is 7'6". Parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Additional parking available at municipal garage across the street for a charge of $10 a day for resort guests

No Timeshare Rental Units:
All our beautiful ocean walk resort condominiums are 100% owner owned and are Not Timeshare Rental Pool Units.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading in you time for a later date may be considered, based on availbility.

Take Ramp onto US-92 ( W International Speedway Blvd) towards Daytona Beach / Airport (you will travel East on US-92 for approximately 6 miles )
Turn LEFT ( North ) onto SR-A1A ( S Atlantic Ave )
Ocean Walk will be located approximately 1/ 2 mile on the right side of Atlantic Ave.
